My husband and I both have very busy careers and our vacation time is very precious to us for fun, relaxation and restoration. We reached out to Cheryl to plan our Aruba vacation and were very pleased with the services she provided and every detail of our vacation. I was amazed by her offer of accessibility while we were traveling should we experience any difficulties. We did not need to experience any need to contact Cheryl, as every detail was arranged to perfection and we had a wonderful time in Aruba. I must admit there were a few things I was unhappy with the resort, but overall Cheryl was a great help. We loved where we stayed, although would not recommend it for a honeymoon.

When we had an issue with our honeymoon package that we could not handle on our own, we contacted Cheryl and she reached out to the resort immediately until she spoke with someone. She kept us informed every step of the way and asked us to let her know if we had any more problems...which we did, so we let her know. Outside of being there, Cheryl did everything to help our situation and was the perfect travel agent. We are currently using her to book our next trip!

We just wanted to tell you how much we appreciated all that you did for us to make our wedding day in Hawaii (and honeymoon) so special!! Thank you for all the time and effort you put into researching flights & hotels so that it made it easy for us to decide. Thank you for finding Tracey for us. Cheryl was absolutely amazing. I truly appreciate her time and caring heart. Not only did she just call or text to see what it is she needed to do in order to make sure everything was okay for my wedding but she randomly called and just wanted to know how I was feeling and if I was ok. I truly appreciate that because at that point she didn't just act as my travel agent but a friend as well. Our wedding was beautiful and beyond my expectations. I loved our resort and the people in Jamaica were amazing as well. Thank you Cheryl for making my wedding so beautiful and amazing. Beautiful memories were made for myself and my family.

Cheryl was such a huge help to us for planning our honeymoon. We already had so much on our plate with the wedding so just having a conversation with her about what we wanted to do after made it so much easier to find a resort versus scouring travel websites and reviews. She has first hand knowledge for a lot of the locations in the Caribbean and this was a tremendous benefit! I couldn't have planned our honeymoon any better myself and I'm so thankful Cheryl handled every aspect. She even got us the best room at he resort! We can't wait for our next trip so we can have Cheryl expertly handle it all again!

I met Cheryl at a bridal show in January of 2014 and who knew she would be responsible for assisting with the plans for our destination wedding in Jamaica. I had no plans to use a travel agent because I really didn't think I needed one, boy was I wrong and am so glad I used Chery's services. When I tell you Cheryl took care of all of our needs, she really did. I am somewhat of a control freak, but she was so easy to work with, I had no worries. I could reach out to her whenever I needed to for any question and if she wasn't immediately available, she made sure she returned my call the same day.

This was my first international trip, but not my husband's so I really did not know what to expect. She made sure we had our passports on time and provided us with all of the details about what to expect at both the U.S. and international airports. Because Cheryl had already visited the resort where we stayed, she provided so much information to us before we arrived. She made recommendations on where to go and where not go based on her experience. She provided us with an itinerary of all of the activities that were going on at the resort for each night/day of our stay. Cheryl even warned us that there would be some construction going on during our stay, due to expansion, but it really didn't bother us.

I know we would not have received the same amount of attention, care and detail from other independent travel agents or agencies. EVERYTHING turned out wonderfully, from the travel to the wedding and I know that I could not have done it without Cheryl's assistance. We have and will continue to recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for a Travel Agent and would not hesitate to use her for our future vacations.

My wife and I were interested in traveling to somewhere warm and exotic for our honeymoon but didn't have any specific direction in where to go. Referred by my boss, Cheryl was just the travel agent we needed! Warm, friendly, and listened to our requests, Cheryl helped us find exactly what we wanted and also made arrangements for our airport pick up to the resort! We traveled to Huatulco, Mexico for one week and had the honeymoon package at their Secrets Resort. A sleepy and friendly town, Huatulco is amazing and secluded from the other bustle and tourism-rich areas of Mexico but still had the flair and flavor of authentic Mexican fun and relaxation.

Cheryl made our experience fun, relaxing, and stress free. I would recommend Secrets Huatulco and Cheryl to anyone.

She gave us several options, and because she had personally been to the resorts she recommended, she was very knowledgeable about the amenities and services at each one.

We chose to go to Jamaica, and Cheryl made sure we had everything taken care of. She answered all our questions. She walked us through what to expect at each airport and at the resort, and even gave us her cell phone number to contact her if anything came up while we were traveling.

The resort was absolutely wonderful! We loved the attention to detail -everything from a luxurious butler room to a personal welcome message from her upon our arrival - and we didn't feel forgotten about after our trip had been booked. I'm so happy we chose Cheryl. She made the whole process effortless. My husband and I are thinking about Antigua for our five-year anniversary, and we will definitely be contacting Cheryl to help us make that dream come true, as well as any other vacation getaways we will take in the future.

My husband and I do not travel often. I have never planned a trip myself, and he had never been out of the country so we were unsure where to start.

A family member referred me to Cheryl to help plan our honeymoon. We wanted somewhere beautiful and exotic but we also needed to stay within a certain budget. The resort Cheryl helped us chose was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned. It was also well within our budget.

She made sure that the room included everything that I had told her was a must have. We had a lot going on with wedding planning so a huge plus was it was so easy and completely stress free. After going on this trip we realized how much more we would like to travel and definitely plan on vorking with Cheryl in the future to help us with many more memorable trips.
